SPRING TRENDS 2017: Our Top Three

Stripes, neon, and floral, oh my! Even though it is technically still winter, spring is in full swing in the fashion world. Here are some fun trends that we have already seen this season!

One word: neon! Also known as everyone’s favorite color to wear as nail polishes and clothing because, well, who doesn’t love a set of colors that makes you look tan and gives a vibrant pop to whatever you have on?Screen Shot 2017-03-09 at 9.03.28 PM.png

Bright yellows and oranges and stand-out pinks and greens are carrying over from summer to add a bold addition to your closets for spring. To make this trend more wearable, stick to sheer and gauze-like fabrics that tone down the boldness of the overall color. And since neon colors can be worn for more than one season, you’re getting twice the wear for the same price!

Another trend we see slipping its way over from summer is the nautical stripe. Everyone rocked navy and white last summer, but this spring the stripes are bold and bright! All rules are thrown out the window with this trend, ladies. We are seeing stripes in all colors and all variations–vertical, horizontal, diagonal, and any direction you can think of. Every color combination can rock this stripe trend.Screen Shot 2017-03-09 at 9.02.43 PM

Sticking with bold moves, florals are back as a crowd favorite for spring. Florals were a trend for fall and winter as seen in darker tones and heavier fabrics, but the lighter shades and pastel florals that we always love are back and better than ever! Tropical florals that make us dream of a vacation are the staple for this season. Shout out to the 70’s for once again lending us their floral patterns! These florals are surprisingly easy to style and can be taken from work to play in any your favorite dress or blouses. Ever try a floral print shoe? I highly suggest it, your world may be forever changed.
